SHIPPING

 

We ship your artwork in made-to-measure, secure art packaging, using our certified shipping partners. Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provide. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a message will be left for you so that you can contact the carrier to arrange a suitable date.

Our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and while we cannot guarantee delivery times, you should expect delivery in 5-8 working days after receipt of order. We endeavour to meet the following schedule:

  • Orders will be despatched next business day for in-stock merchandise and where payment verification is successful if the order is received Monday to Thursday. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be despatched by the end of the following business day.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. Delivery time is usually 5 - 8 days from despatch.

  • Deliveries to outlying areas and the Scottish Islands may take a little longer.

  • For countries outside the EU, additional costs such as customs charges and import taxes may apply, and delivery times may be longer. These factors vary from country to country. Delivery time is usually 8 - 14 days from despatch and in some areas of the world this can be unto 30 days.

 

Paul Josh Ltd will only deliver to the account holder's billing address as supplied in your PayPal payment account. 

We will provide tracking information by email after your goods have been despatched. Please use this service to follow the progress of your delivery. If you need assistance, please contact us HERE.

Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order up to two hours after it has been placed. Please understand that cancellations by e-mail cannot be accepted. You must phone Paul Josh Ltd on the number given on the contact us page. After this period the production process for your work will have already begun, and it is therefore not possible to cancel your order after this point. Please note that the full payment for your order is booked automatically once the order is successfully placed. If you cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately. 

DAMAGED GOODS

Please check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice damage, you should refuse receipt. Then, please contact us immediately, so that they can order a replacement. To allow a quick handling of the situation, it is helpful if you can e-mail our customer service photographic documentation of the damage.
If you have already received the work before you notice damage, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please keep the original packaging in case a return is necessary.

RETURNS

To return your unused products for a refund please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the goods for refund, or within 30 days if the goods are faulty.

  • All returns should be sent within 14 days of notification via a trackable carrier such as DHL or UPS. They should be insured and require a proof of delivery. Paul Josh Ltd is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

  • You must pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us for return or exchange, unless it was due to our fault (e.g. wrong product supplied). In these cases please contact us BEFORE returning the product and we will send you a pre-paid return wrapper.

 

We will assess whether the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition, and if so, we will refund the full purchase price and standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will only refund to the same payment card used to place the original order.

If the returned goods are not of acceptable condition, we will contact you to offer a reduced refund or to arrange to send them back to you. If you do not respond within 14 days, we will just send them back to you. 

EXCHANGES

 

Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed as soon as we've received your unwanted items.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. That’s why we request that you please contact us right away when something does not meet your expectations. Together we will find a solution for your problem. We strive to always keep improving based on your feedback so we can continue to ensure your satisfaction in the future.

 

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us at info@joshmpaul.com within two weeks of receiving your goods. In the subject line, please write “Satisfaction Guarantee” and make sure to include your order number and an exact description of the issue in your email. Please include at least two clear photos of the problem for us to accurately evaluate the problem.
